Wonderful Green Tea

Green tea contains a variety of enzymes, amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids, sterols, polyphenols, carotenoids, tocopherols, vitamins, caffine and related compounds as well as phytochemicals and dietary minerals.  Green tea is made from the leaves of Camellia sinensis that have undergone minimal oxidation through processing.  It originated in China, but spread fast throughout Asia and now is -- as you must know -- popular in the West.
